(IAT2) DECREASE -9 degrees compared to the OEM intercooler's +22 degree INCREASE during a 20 - 80 MPH run under similar conditions: the same stretch of road, the same vehicle, and in the same ambient temps. (the only change to the vehicle was the intercooler).
The CVF Performance Intercooler realized a whopping +31 degree improvement over the OEM intercooler in real-world street testing by an unbiased, third-party tester where it matters: on the street, and not at the dyno.

APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION
The active grille shutters (AGS) have to be removed for installation. There is no check engine light associated with removal of the AGS and they can be placed back on the vehicle if the intercooler is removed.
