Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Providing timely and accurate information about products, services, and order status.

- Handling warranty claims and returns.

Qualifications:

Automotive Technician Open Position

Your Role: As an Automotive Technician, you’re the backbone of our shop. From routine maintenance to complex custom builds, your expertise and skills will help keep our customers’ vehicles performing at their best. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles and installing performance upgrades such as turbo kits, exhaust systems, and suspension components.
What You’ll Bring to the Shop:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician (performance shop experience is a plus).
- Certifications: ASE certification is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Passion for Performance: Knowledge of aftermarket modifications is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform high-quality work with precision and care. Proficiency in reading and understanding wiring diagrams & OEM service manuals.
- Team Player: You work well in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with no priors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct repairs on powertrain systems, such as engines and transmissions.
- Install aftermarket performance parts like intakes, exhausts, suspension components, and forced induction systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Stay up to date on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for automotive repair tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, especially in diesel engine repair.
- Experience diagnosing issues efficiently using diagnostic equipment.
- GM vehicle experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate repair processes to team members.
- Welding skills are a plus.
Work Environment and Benefits:
