The IAG Air Oil Separator is now available for 2021+ 2.7L Ford Bronco. The IAG AOS is a smart investment to ensure your Ford's optimal performance. Our advanced design is the outcome of years of thorough research, development, and testing. It features a 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister that is designed to optimize the separation of oil from the PCV system upstream of PCV gasses’ return to the intake system. IAG's AOS sets itself apart with its heated cast aluminum housing, exceptional venting, and unique baffle design. Our AOS works with all fuel types, promoting longer engine life, enhanced crankcase ventilation, and compatibility with standard ECU calibrations.

INNOVATIVE DESIGN
KEEPS OIL OUT OF THE INTAKE
Keeping oil out of the intake is essential to prevent early mechanical issues and maintain engine performance. When oil gets into the intake, it coats internal parts like the intake, intercooler, pipes, and valves. This can speed up the deterioration of rubber or silicone hoses, leading to failures at the connections. Once it enters the intake tract, oil can flow into the intake manifold and eventually reach the engine's combustion chamber. This can cause problems like detonation, preignition, higher emissions, smoke, reduced power, lower fuel efficiency, and, in extreme cases, catastrophic engine failure.
NO MAINTENANCE REQUIRED
The IAG Air Oil Separator is designed to operate without the need for maintenance after installation. Unlike standard catch-can systems, our Air Oil Separators do not need regular emptying or upkeep. The separated oil collects on the AOS canister's inner walls and drains back into the engine's crankcase. Our special heating system prevents the oil from forming sludge, ensuring it can be safely reintroduced into the engine. The large capacity of the IAG AOS canister allows oil to drain slowly, which prevents overflow issues seen in smaller catch cans.
HOW DOES THE AOS WORK? WHAT’S INSIDE?
The IAG Air Oil Separator has a unique baffle system that collects the oil from your engine's PCV gasses and directs it back into the crankcase. The Separator canister was engineered with the inlet hoses on one side, generating a vortex of gasses inside. As these gasses circulate within the vortex, they pass through a set of baffles that capture the oil, allowing the gasses to escape from the top of the AOS. With the OEM PCV system operating normally, the engine draws extra vacuum on the AOS assembly, further reducing PCV gas.
MAINTAINS THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE OEM PCV SYSTEM
The IAG Air Oil Separator maintains the operation of the OEM PCV system while supplementing its capacity. The PCV discharge gasses from the IAG Air Oil Separator are routed back to the turbo inlet. A PCV valve is employed to generate extra suction, enhancing air-oil separation. In applications using ethanol fuel, our AOS provides protection against oil dilution and lubrication problems by capturing fuel vapors from the oil and directing them into the intake tract for combustion. The IAG AOS offers superior protection against oil entering the intake flow and oil dilution in the engine's lubrication system compared to the OEM PCV system by itself.
HEATED TO PREVENT CONDENSATION
The IAG Air Oil Separator utilizes an advanced heating system to solve an issue commonly seen in lower-quality catch cans. Condensation develops when hot gasses flow through a cold hose. Over time, the moisture mixes with the oil, creating sludge in the system. IAG has addressed this concern by connecting the AOS to the vehicle's cooling system, enabling heat transfer from the engine to the AOS. By heating the AOS body to match the engine's temperature, it significantly reduces or nearly eliminates both condensation and the associated buildup.
THE IAG HOOD PAD ISOLATOR
Included with our Air Oil Separator is the IAG I-Line Hood Pad Isolator. This low-profile hood pad not only provides more space to accommodate the AOS, but it also contributes to improved engine cooling and reduced hood vibration. Constructed from a flocked fiber material, this sleek isolator features a stylish hexagon pattern that provides extra reinforcement to the pad, while helping to dampen engine noises and vibrations. The IAG Hood Pad Isolator is easy to install, and the entire task can be completed within a matter of minutes. There is no need for cutting, drilling or permanent modifications, the pad mounts up to the existing mounting points under the hood using the included plastic clips.
EASY, PLUG AND PLAY INSTALLATION
Our engineers have designed this Air Oil Separator system to be as easy to install as possible on the 2021+ 2.7L Ford Bronco. Our system includes custom injection- molded fittings for perfect fitment to your Bronco’s factory breather ports. There is no reason to modify any of the fittings, they are a direct fit for the factory ports.
