We recommend you change your transmission fluid every 12-15k miles, and your spark plugs at the same interval. No need to worry about improperly gapping your step colder spark plugs, ours come pre-gapped so all you have to do is install them. With this convenient package, you'll have everything you need for your routine service. 6 Qts of 5W-30 is needed for a standard oil change on your Focus or Fiesta ST, 7 Qts if your vehicle has had the balance shaft deleted.
